#881 DNS installation fails with hostname that cannot be resolved with DNS

If IPA server hostname is specified in /etc/hosts only, the installation fails because it checks DNS records only. We need to create the forward entry for the nameserver during zone creation.

Installation fixed in 0dce1bc. There may be other issues during the actual runtime as Rob found out during patch review.
