#851 Use common group for both ns-slapd instances

/var/run/dirsrv is currently mode 777. The 389-ds team is looking to make it mode 770 which means both of our ldap unix users would need to be in the same group.

So we have to handle this in 2 places:

Installing with and without dogtag
Uninstalling, make sure we clean up the group too
