1. Tooltips on all elements including remove and add the buttons are incorrect
2. The radio button set in the RUN COMMANDS section supports "undo" but undo come up to the right of the first item. It looks really unly. May be the radio buttons should be put onto one line. Labels can be shortened then:

[] Allow Any Command [] Deny All Commands [x] Select Specific Commands/Groups
3. The Allow and deny sections should be selectable and changeable only if last option (select specific commands) above is selected. If any of other radio buttons is selected the allow and deny sections should be grayed out.
4. The changes to any of the lists on the page should be queued up and committed when update button is clicked or reset if the reset button is clicked. Currently the underlaying changes are committed right away and it is completely wrong.
