#6622 [tests] ipatests.util.unlock_principal_password does not respect configured ldap_uri

Tests should always relay on api.env.* values when possible.
Without this running test remotely results in errors such as ldap{search,modify,passwd} utility attempting to connect to wrong URI and failing.
