#6564 IPA WebUI certificates are grayed out on overview page but not on details page

Some certificates which have been issued by the internal IPA CA are grayed out in the on the WebUI certificate overview page but not when you search for the
same certificate.

This happens for all certs with serial number > 100.

Caused by internal sizelimit: " 100 is passed to Dogtag in ipaserver/plugins/dogtag.py when size limit is not specified."

master:

  • d84edc4 dogtag: search past the first 100 certificates
  • 85834ab cert: fix search limit handling in cert-find
