First part is to create wiki page with a list of projects which work with/enhance FreeIPA. So that general public can know about them.
Example of such project:
This wiki page would be mentioned in release notes or mails to FreeIPA mailing lists.
Second step(this ticket) is to create a way how to discover this wiki page from man page, help or something on a system with FreeIPA installed.
Minimal version should be done in 4.5.
