ipa-replica-manage cannot really "add" a new replica, all it does is to connect 2 existing replicas by creating a new replication agreement between them.

Rename "add" to "connect" to make this clear and so that connect/disconnect are clearly seen as opposite commands.

This is also because "del" does completely remove a replica from the domain by deleting the hosts entry and all other masters entries in the shared tree.
