In current state, it's not possible to create user-add test with minimal values (ipa user-add --first test --last user, uid is filled by dynamic default value), i.e. with uid not specified; this should be enabled to provide better coverage.

This behaviour should also be checked with other trackers to properly reflect command functionality (so not only in user tracker)
