#5647 webui: topology graph: resize to its container size

Topoogy graph now has a fixed size. It's a limitation for both small and big screens.

It should fill its container and adjust on resize of browser window.

Will work well together with #5502.

moving to 4.3.1. Provided path plays nicely with #5502, #5649 making 4.3.1 more usable.
