Replication topology currently allows admin select direction of the agreement: both, left-right, right-left.

However, until FreeIPA has a graph checker to make sure that all the nodes are accessible when topology is changed and until the resulting topology is displayed in the Web UI, it should not make replication direction option available.

The option should be hidden from CLI, this field should not be editable in the Web UI, it should default to both. We can keep it in API itself though.
