#4944 Man: ipa-replica-prepare can only be created on the first master

I saw this confusion on ServerFault, ipa-replica-prepare is wrong:

SYNOPSIS
       ipa-replica-prepare [OPTION]... hostname
...
       A replica can only be created on an IPA server installed with  ipa-server-install  (the  first
       server).
...

This is not true, ipa-replica-prepare can be run on any master. The only exception is when you want to do a replica with CA, then you should create the replica from replica with CA.
