#429 make the migrate-ds plugin more configurable

Currently, the migrate-ds plugin has some limitations:

- the objectclass of users or groups being imported is hardcoded
- the plugin only handles RFC2307bis schema as it relies on member attribute which contains dn.

I think both should be configurable.
