#4253 Attribute box in permission UI is too small

The box for selecting attributes in the web UI is too small. Only 4 attributes fit into it. This makes it annoying to work with.

Moving stabilization tickets that do not affect FreeIPA 4.0 release usability in any significant way to 4.0.1 stabilization milestone.
