#4219 [RFE] Add IPA version number to the install logs

I think it would be useful for debugging to add the version of IPA to the install logs.

To make the live of vendors easier we should allow to specify a vendor version as well, e.g:

FreeIPA version: 3.3.3
FreeIPA vendor version: 3.3.3-34.fc20
