#4109 Support of Older/Other OSs as client for upstream tests

I tried to execute test case "TestClientInstall" of CA-less test suite on RHEL-6.5 and RHEL5.10 machines and found that test case is failing on both the machines.

Older RHEL hosts need special configuration, notes added to http://www.freeipa.org/page/Testing.

No changes needed in the code; a patch to ease future debugging was sent (see http://www.redhat.com/archives/freeipa-devel/2014-January/msg00346.html for details).
