#3941 CLDAP: do not use gethostbyname() to determine the ipa domain

Currently the CLDAP plugin uses a call to gethostbyname() to determine the IPA domain. This fails if the ipa server itself has a DNS name which is not from the IPA domain. There is already a comment in the code in ipa_cldap_netlogon() to fix this.
