This is a follow up for #3312 (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=891977). When password policy's --max-life option is set to values like 9000 or 10000, user's password expiration is correctly set to the currently maximum supported value 2038-01-01.
--max-life
However, when the --maxlife is set to values like 999999 and 2147483647, the default (90 days) is applied instead of the max value.
--maxlife
