Following files are not created on CA-less installs (http://www.freeipa.org/page/V3/CA-less_install):
Therefore Firefox configuration does not work (http://server.domain/ipa/config/browserconfig.html).
Problem is that when http_pkcs12 option is used {{{httpinstance.__setup_autoconfig}}}is not called and therefore the files are not generated. This behavior is correct for configure.jar, it's documented.
krb.js and kerberousauth.xpi can be created even without signing cert and therefore they should be generated during install.
