#3645 Manual configuration page for other browsers (ssbrowser.html) doesn't work in IE10.

{{{http://<ipa-hostname>/ipa/config/ssbrowser.html}}} shows error page in Internet Explorer 10.

It displays "The webpage cannot be displayed" page because it fails on load of {{{jar:/ipa/errors/configure.jar!/preferences.html}}}. Other browsers except old FF can't load it either but they handle it well.
