Disclaimer: This is a tracking ticket for the following task.
In F18 install using Anaconda, in Software selection tab, the user can choose "environment" and "add-ons". For Infrastructure server environment, there are options like "DNS Name Server", "FTP Server", "Network Server".
There is no "Identity Management server". Find a proper formulation and make sure that option to install freeipa-related packages in Anaconda install is provided.

Moving to Fedora 20, it is too late to do the change in Fedora 19.
Fedora 20 branches from Rawhide no earlier than 2013-08-06, Fedora 20 String Freeze is no earlier than 2013-08-20.
