#3599 Specify location of agent PKCS#12 file during CA install

pki-core 10.0.2 changed the default location of the agent PKCS#12 file from /root/.pki to /root/.dogtag.

This causes the installation to fail.

We can specify a directory instead using pki_client_admin_cert_p12 and not have to move the file.
