We include some 3rd party code in IPA like jquery.

This code is under compatible licenses but information about such license is not very well reported.

We should create a README-LICENSE.txt file in the install/ui directory, where we list each file that is not under the general FreeIPA copyright and list the licensing terms with reference to upstream license.

At the end of the file we should report the text of any license mentioned (unless we already have a file like for GPLv3, in which case we can simply reference the file by relative path).
