#3258 ipa-server-uninstall doesn't clean dirsrv.target
Closed: fixed 5 years ago Opened 11 years ago by pviktori.

The uninstaller disables dirsrv.target, but leaves the individual instances in it. Try with the following commands:

ipa-server-install --...
ipa-server-install --uninstall
systemctl start dirsrv.target

make dirsrv@IDM-LAB-BOS-REDHAT-COM.service and dirsrv@PKI-IPA.service appear in the failed state.

This means that uninstalling a 2.2 server and then installing 3.1 (with a merged database) will resurrect dirsrv@PKI-IPA.service (which the DB merge got rid of).
