If any of the following is missing, configure will not properly detect it, leaves the relevant _LIBS variables empty and the build will fails later on.

Not sure it belongs here, but doing make rpms also complains we are missing the following packages (after installing rpm-build): e2fsprogs-devel libcap-devel python-devel python-setuptools python-krbV
