#3133 Setting idranges for trusted domains should not require writing down SIDs

In some case we may need to write down SIDs for idrange, but normally if you are adding a range for a trust we should only require the trusted domain name. In LDAP we already have an object that links the trust domain name to the domain SID,a nd we should source the SID from that object.
