#3103 Option to setup conditional forwarder during IPA install

Install should have option to set up the conditional trust forwarder when IPA is installed with integrated DNS and authoritative for it's own domain.

Option to the trust add.
Add support of the forwarder argument and rise an exception.

Rename "trusts" component to "Trusts" to achieve correct sorting.
