#2897 With trusts setup a trusted realm user gets a very bad experience logging to the WebUI

The WebUI should catch the fact that the user can't access the LDAP server with the current ticket and should probably redirect to the form based auth page.
Currently an ugly error is returned on an almost empty page, and you have no recourse.
