I'm not a native speaker, but I believe that the sentence

"""
The domain name has been calculated based on the host name
"""

should be reworded as something such as

"""
The domain name has been determined from the host name
"""

ipa-server-2.1.3-9.el6.x86_64
ipa-server-2.2.0-11.el6.x86_64

[root@machine ~]# ipa-server-install

The log file for this installation can be found in
/var/log/ipaserver-install.log
