Description of problem:
Error message has not a user friendly "u" character in it.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ipa-server-2.2.0-4.el6.x86_64

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Example:
 ipa host-add --ip-address=2620:52:0:41c9:ffff:ff:fea:98eda
mytestIPv6host.testrelm.com
ipa: ERROR: invalid 'ip_address': failed to detect a valid IP address from
u'2620:52:0:41c9:ffff:ff:fea:98eda'

2. Notice the "u" before '2620:52:0:41c9:ffff:ff:fea:98eda'.


Actual results:
Error message contain the character "u".

Expected results:
Error message shouldn't contain the character "u".

QE team members observed "u" character in few other error messages as well.
Please remove "u" from the error messages.

Additional info:

I see no longer any activity in this ticket, assigning to lroot since she is already working on "umbrella ticket" for %r issue: #3121.
