#2341 Update from 2.1.x -> 2.1.90 fails to stop ipa_kpasswd

Performing an update to 2.1.90 does not manage the ipa_kpasswd process correctly. Even issuing a service ipa restart fails to kill the legacy process.

The upgrade should kill the process.

Note to self: on upgrade we also need to uninstall the ipa_kpasswd service or it will be left in the sysrestore state.
