Can use --all to find permissions matching a criteria, but when --raw is also
used, no permissions are retrieved.

# ipa permission-find --attr=description --all
listed 16 permissions with info about each permission

But with --raw:
# ipa permission-find --attr=description --all --raw
---------------------
0 permissions matched
---------------------
----------------------------
Number of entries returned 0
----------------------------

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
