Right now migrate-ds detects the basedn of the remote server by using the first namingContext it comes across. This is fine but we need to provide an override.
This should also honor defaultNamingContext if set.
This is a problem that people see in migration from the LDAP servers that have more than one naming context. It seems to be that this is something we need to address quickly. Rising priority.
