Currently the user password is shown as follows in the details page:

Password: Reset Password

This is inconsistent with the rest of the page because the 'Reset Password' is an action, not the value of the password.

It's probably better to show the password as follows:

Password: ********

where the value is always a fixed length of star characters (the chars might not show properly in Trac). Optional, if the user doesn't have a password and we want to show it, the password can be displayed with empty value.

The 'Reset password' link should be moved into a new 'Action List' area on the right side of the Account Settings section.
