#2246 Set minimum krb5-server to one that supports s4u2proxy

In order for s4u2proxy to work a KDC that supports it with the required patches is needed.

The version needs to be >= krb5-server-1.9.2-3

There are also some patches for bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=761317 that need to be added.

The correct minimum version is 1.9.2-6.
