#1968 Add ability in test framework to compare two values in result

We missed a regression in user-private groups where the gidnumber was being set to ipausers instead of the user's private group.

This wasn't caught because the tests only check that uidnumber and gidnumber are digits, not that they are the same. We need a way to enforce that they are the same.
