#1750 ipa-client-install should not clobber existing SSSD configurations

Currently, ipa-client-install deletes sssd.conf and installs a completely new one on the system. This is both unnecessary and potentially harmful.

The SSSDConfig API used by ipa-client-install is capable of adding a new domain without destroying existing configurations. We should be doing this.
