Managed netgroups that are spawned by the creation of host groups, is a special use case. Previously it was established that to prevent confusion, they should require a flag to be viewed, and to generally filter them out of the standard find/show commands.
In the UI/CLI we will filter out managed netgroups in all cases related to identity part of the server (list of netgroups, users members of the netgroup, hosts members of netgroup, ect.). The netgroups will be available only in the special cases like SUDO plugin.

It has come to light that the hosts themselves compute and present the indirect membership of the managed netgroups.
Just as the hostgroups need to omit these computations and presentations, so too should the hosts.
ipa host-show hostname.example.com should Not display an indirect membership to a managed netgroup.
