We've seen a few variations on this. The latest was

[root@vm-116 ~]# ls -al /etc/dirsrv/ds.keytab
-rw-------. 1 498 497 628 Aug 22 22:12 /etc/dirsrv/ds.keytab

Note the numeric UID. Also seen with /var/lib/pki.

THis is the /etc/passwd file (minus user entres)
