#1502 No feedback after changing browser configuration
Closed: Fixed None Opened 12 years ago by simo.

If a user visist the IPA web interface for the first time he may be directed to configure the browser.
A javascript tool is used to change FF configuration to trust the domain address for gssapi authentication.
The tool is run from a page with a "Configure Browser" button.

The problem is that once the configuration is done and all dialogs are clicked the user is not redirected to a congratulation page or something. Instead you are back to the page asking you to press the button to configure the browser.
This is confusing as it gives the impression the configuration wasn't actually successful. Plus there are no links to try to get to the home page to see if it worked.

Once the browser is configured the user should be redirected to a page that congratulates him and explains what to do next. (Restart FF, just go to the first page, etc...).
