#1417 Improve on client enrollment failed error message

If the XML-RPC request fails in joining this generic error is displayed:

Joining realm failed because of failing XML-RPC request.
  This error may be caused by incompatible server/client major versions.

We may actually have a useful error message in stderr and if we do we should display it.

One way to replicate this is to attempt a client install with a user without permission to enroll.
