When IP address is checked in various IPA tools, it is difficult to pass parameters to IP address checker (like match_local or parse_netmasks).

For example right now it is not possible to pass IP's match_local parameter which, however, has to be set differently i.e. for --ip-address attribute in ipa-server-install and ipa-replica-prepare.

Let there be one unified option type ip and implement new attributes for those options to pass these parameters so that the IP addresses are checked correctly.
