#1260 IPA master DNS record is broken after ipa-replica-prepare
Closed: Fixed None Opened 12 years ago by mkosek.

When a new forward DNS zone is added during in ipa-replica-install, master DNS forward record is corrupt:

# ipa-replica-prepare baz.example.com --ip-address=10.16.80.1
Directory Manager (existing master) password:

Preparing replica for baz.example.com from ipa.idm.lab.bos.redhat.com
Creating SSL certificate for the Directory Server
Creating SSL certificate for the dogtag Directory Server
Creating SSL certificate for the Web Server
Exporting RA certificate
Copying additional files
Finalizing configuration
Packaging replica information into /var/lib/ipa/replica-info-baz.example.com.gpg
Adding DNS records for baz.example.com
[root@vm-096 ~]# ipa dnsrecord-find idm.lab.bos.redhat.com
...
  Record name: ipa
  A record: 10.16.78.96, 10.16.80.1

This is a follow-up ticket to #1223 where only a reverse zone creation was fixed.
