For unknown reason my freeipa test server was left unreachable from everywhere except via ldapi after an rpm upgrade. No logs are available after the accident. No errors in syslog.
We need to put failsafes in place to avoid leaving behind a misconfigured instance. We also need to loudly warn about the issue in syslog and to the console.
We need some doc to help user to recover or some simple script.
