The zone manager e-mail address is currently hardcoded to root@domain. It would be nice if there were a configuration option to set this at install time.
It seems that this is configurable when you add a new zone post-installation, but not during the initial install.

Setting the zonemgr e-mail works whether you are using the built-in DNS or just creating a template file.
For the template case just look in the sample in /tmp to see if the zonemgr is updated.
For the DNS case use: ipa dns-show <zone> and verify that the e-mail was set in idnssoarname
