#1197 ipa-client-install uninstall does not work on IPA server

When IPA server is being uninstalled, it IPA client on-master uninstallation which is called by the script fails. See ipa-client-uninstall.log:

2011-04-29 10:01:52,463 DEBUG args=/usr/sbin/ipa-client-install --on-master --unattended --uninstall
2011-04-29 10:01:52,465 DEBUG stdout=^[[?1034hIPA client is configured as a part of IPA server on this system.
Please refer to ipa-server-install for uninstallation.

This bug is a regression from #1049.
