#1141 Use unique nickname when importing CA cert for winsync

Right now we use the hardcoded value 'Imported CA'. See if there is some way we can store it by subject or some other unique nickname.

This will help in case the wrong certificate is imported during winsync creation.

An alternative is to delete 'Imported CA' but that seems more dangerous.
