#1020 winsync replication agreements fail to create users due to missing uidNumber

When trying to create users in IPA, thw iwnsync plugin fails with an error about uidNumber not being present.

Use magic dan values and add uidNumber (and gidNumber) as default attribiutes to add to users in the plugin configuration.
