At the bottom of the page https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:DefaultServices there is a link to file a ticket against the fedora-release package to request that a systemd unit file be enabled by default on Fedora.
This link should be updated to point to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/enter_bug.cgi?product=Fedora&format=fedora-systemd-request so that the person filing the request is prompted to provide answers to certain important questions.
The title of the page opened by this link is "Fedora Package Review Request" and the form field titles are: {{{ Review Summary: Review Description: }}} Can those be changed?

I'm pretty sure the change was made in bugzilla a while back.
The fix went live on 2016-07-31 on Bugzilla. Thanks for fixing that up.
