There's a 'No files or directories under /srv, /opt...' section 1.46. It should be under 1.9 'Filesystem Layout'
'Conditional dependencies' should in theory be under 'Dependencies'.
'Code vs Content' and 'No kernel modules' should in theory be earlier (coincident with the Legal bits pointing to ForbiddenItems and the 'No pre-built code' section.)
EASYFIX, just do it, spot.
There is no "Dependencies" section, but I did move it to be next to Requires/BuildRequires. The other changes were made.
