Open MDNS by default in most zones.

Description

Would like to open MDNS by default in all but the most restrictive zones. This is according to this feature:

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Features/AvahiDefaultOnDesktop

And the privacy/security research done here:

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Desktop/Whiteboards/AvahiDefault

FWIW, it's worth noting we want MDNS discovery to work even in public areas, and to that end have made sure Avahi does not publish private information by default.

Updated so mdns is not included in 'external' zone (which is for routers, multi-homed)

+1. This makes even more sense with CUPS-1.6 (already released).

CUPS-1.6 has dropped support for CUPS Browsing protocol in favour of DNS-SD, which makes (Avahi) the only method for "automatic" network printer discovery on Linux.
